Design Center

In our kitchen and bath showroom, we have a design center that allows us to sit down with you and have a conversation about what you want out of your bathroom. Getting to understand what you want our of your space helps us formulate a design that will continue to meet your needs for years to come. Within our full-scale showroom is a wide variety of materials and appliances, giving you a firsthand look at all your options.

Measurement Service:

A member of our design team will perform a site inspection of the space involved for the remodeling. This service ensures accurate measurements for product ordering. A modest fee is required for this visit. This fee will be credited towards your project.

Design Retainer:

Larger scale projects may require extensive in home assessments by a member of our design team. For this service to proceed, a fee is required. The amount of the fee is based on the scope and value of the project.

What to expect:

  • Creation of several unique designs
  • Detailed drawings of the layout options including floor plans, elevations and color perspectives.
  • Pricing information for each layout
  • Revisions and in showroom and off site visits to suppliers and fabricators
  • Final contract review meeting



The retainer fee will be critical toward the cost of the project. If for any reason no additional purchase is made, the fee will be considered as payment for the design services rendered, and will not be refunded.
