Our New Master Bath
I wanted to thank you for the beautiful work you did on our Master Bath Renovation. It looks wonderful, and is a pleasure to use. Everyone I dealt with at Weiler's was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. All the work was done on time or ahead of schedule, and I was given a realistic timeline for all aspects of the job. The computer software you have is great because it gives you the opportunity to try different things, as well as a very good rendering of what the finished installation will look like.
As you know, I was extremely cautious and wary about hiring a company to do our bathroom because of the uncertain economic conditions and the many local businesses which are no longer around. I felt completely comfortable working with you, and would recommend you highly to anyone considering a bath or kitchen project.

Mini Kitchen Made Beautiful
Dear Pete,
Finally, I'm taking the oppportunity to say how very much we are really enjoying our new Weiler's kitchen.
From the moment we visited your showroom (all three of us) where we were met with patience and understanding in response to our many questions, to the day Rick and Sean completed the installation, everything went beautifully.
First,we were totally impressed with your initial visit to view the area; then being able to see a computer generated depiction of what could be done in our small area; and finally, Rick's visit to double check measurements.
Secondly, your expertise was truly appreciated. When you said intallation would be completed in 2 days, I was somewhat skeptical but it went like clockwork and with a minimum of fuss.

Just a note to thank you both for a job well done. We are extremely thrilled with our new kitchen. You have helped us achieve the "WOW factor!" It was obvious from the start that your professionalism and attention to detail would create a good result. The design for the kitchen was well thought out and well carried through. Although we were a little skeptical about using an island as our kitchen table -- we are very happy with the results. It provides so much functionality and versatility for entertaining, and the "everyday." The cabinets are beautiful and give us a ton of storage space.
We were also very impressed with your exceptional customer service. You provided excellent follow up and communication during the re-model and quick response time when minor problems arose. Your staff is top notch, including Rick, John, Ethel, and Doug. We will be enjoying our kitchen for years to come ... thanks for making this an enjoyable experience. There is no doubt that we would recommend you to friends and family !

Kitchen & Family Room Transformation
Dear Pete & Jane,
This letter is long overdue, but we wanted to thank you and your team for the outstanding job you have done in transforming our kitchen and family room! Wow - Phyllis and Ethel were fantastic as well as your crew of Rick, John-John, John, Shawn, and JT.
Even in these tough economic times we are glad we decided to renovate our 26 year old kitchen. We are eating-in so much more and are really enjoying the family time in our new kitchen.
Pete and Jane offered a great kitchen and family room plan. We followed the plan to a “T” and are really happy. The two different color cabinets and counter tops worked wonderfully. We appreciate the time you spent and all your follow up in putting together our new kitchen.
It has been over 8 months and we believe we made a great investment. For those looking to “stay put” we believe making over the kitchen is a smart choice. Not only are we saving a lot of money but we are eating better by preparing more meals at home. In addition your smart design has cut our clean up time in half. The new kitchen and family room truly have transformed our home.
We would highly recommend Weiler’s to anyone looking to makeover their kitchen. Your ideas and craftsmanship offer so much more than the “big box” stores. Thank you Weiler’s Kitchen Design team!

Our Weilers Experience
Two of my dreams have come true for 2009 thanks to Pete and his staff at Weilers. We now have a beautiful kitchen and master bathroom thanks to all of the many skilled workers who entered my home during November and December. Their timely fashion, diligence, skilled hands, and compassionate behavior helped to deliver a much needed house makeover in an extremely pleasant fashion. Both my husband and I are thrilled with the results. Pete’s design became a beautiful reality. The people that he led us to artistically created two functional and fantastic spaces. Boris, a ceramic artisan, gave us wonderful ideas and great color coordinating input. Warren and Jane helped tremendously with the many selections that had to be made in this undertaking. When calls were made to them I always felt that they were truly interested and cared about my concerns. They always returned calls and many times just called to check in. When Jane scheduled the two months out prior to our work, each date and job was exactly done on that date. Jane always emailed me and kept me advised on what was coming up next. The people on staff like Rick, Big John, Little John, Shawn, and the others were hard-working, quality, dedicated people who came every day and stayed late until they completed their work. If you had a question or concern they didn’t hesitate to address it. Trust in any relationship is a very valuable commodity. With Weilers I felt we had that very important ingredient. At the completion of each job, my husband and I were surprised to find a thank you gift put together by Ethel. What a thoughtful, kind, and beautiful gesture! It was very much appreciated! I’m so happy and pleased we chose Weilers. With a project as important as this, I felt we were in very good, caring hands. Thank you, Weilers! You’re the best!!!

I wish to echo all Susan wrote above, but I did want to input my key points as well.
We visited and contacted several contractors based upon what we had heard from others about kitchens. The few that followed up (with coaxing) did a lot of talking, never really listened. We liked Weilers showroom and were told that Pete would contact us and set an appointment. This really happened! He called! He showed up! He showed up when he said he would! Jane came along too. Jane was to be a great contact and comfort.
In addition to listening to our desires, Pete and Jane took the time to educate us what to expect in terms of dollars, time, etc. They shared experiences of similar kitchens they had done. This was a great reality check for us.
We delayed because due to circumstances, we had to do the bathroom first. Turns out that Weilers does that too. Pete and Jane revisited, and again listened and advised.
They heard our ideas, fleshed them out, and showed us designs based upon our best dreams combined with structural reality. They exceeded the restraints of our original bathroom design and far exceeded our expectations. Our bathroom rocks!
Our kitchen rocks! Weilers started when they said they would. By the way they paid attention to a lot of small things too, like the other sides of the walls when the banging was going on, like protecting the rest of the house from dust and debris, like our comfort during the transition. They worked like friends and family in our home. They cared for our possessions and they cared for us. They care about their art. The kitchen is beyond what I thought it could ever be. It has become the crown jewel of our home.
Weilers, made a tedious project much simpler than others led us to believe any contractor experience would be.

OUR AWESOME KITCHEN....
Dear Pete,
Wanted to thank you and your staff for a JOB WELL DONE. Our kitchen is just awesome and working with you from start to finish was an enjoyable adventure. Even when I had my melt downs when making our final choices you, Jane & Ethel helped me think it all through. The finished project is such a wonderful transformation to our entire first floor, we should have done it 20 years ago.
Also, I must commend you on all your recommendations for the various vendors for flooring, appliances and granite. They were all as accommodating as your firm with their workmanship,promptness,neatness and customer service.
As promised you were in and out in one week and by Thanksgiving we were up and running and cooking up a storm ever since.

Phenomenal Work!
I want to take a moment to let everyone know how wonderful the team at Weiler Kitchen Design Center is. From the first moment that I was referred to them, the level of customer service and professionalism was great. Whether it was on the phone or in person, I always had a captive audience who was willing to answer my questions and offer helpful and knowledgeable advice.
When I had the work done in my kitchen, Rick told me that he would be done in 2 days and he was! He worked non-stop and left my kitchen immaculate before leaving each day.
I have never been so impressed with a contractor before in my life.
I have already referred Weiler's to many of my friends and I will continue to sing their praises-but the work also speaks volumes. Everyone who walks into my kitchen is amazed at the quality of work and attention to detail that was given to my kitchen.
It was truly an enjoyable experience-and I don't think too many people can say that about having their kitchen remodeled!
I would use Weiler's again in a heartbeat and I would certainly refer them to anyone I know interested in having their kitchen or bathroom remodeled.

Amazing Transformation!

Thank you for the amazing job you did on our kitchen! You made a dream of ours come to life in one short week. You took a dark and narrow room and turned it into a liveable, workable, SPECTACULAR kitchen/dining room! I told my husband I would cook if we have a functional kitchen. All day Sunday I made manicotti and my very own sauce and enjoyed every second of it! I highly recommend your services to anyone who is considering home renovations! THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOU:-)

Efficiency Personified
Pete, Jane, Ethel & Phyllis,
Thanks to all of you for your help in the design of our new kitchen. I now have cooking space on either side of the stove and just love the way everything came together, especially the carpentry work which sets off the kitchen. Your help in coordination with our appliance dealer made things so much earlier for us. I'm in the "showing it off" stage now and everyone just loves it. You may get some additional jobs! Thanks again.

"Extreme Makeover"

To really appreciate the transformation of our kitchen, you would have to have seen the outdated cramped space which I dreaded entering everyday.
WOW is how I summarize what Weiler’s Kitchen Design Center did for our kitchen. I now look forward to coming downstairs to my new kitchen. I still can not believe Pete could take the same space, work within our parameters (keep the previous ceramic floor please!) and give it such a dramatic transformation. This was truly our “Extreme Makeover” success story.
Pete’s passion for his work is what won us over. His years in this business are evident by the meticulous details of his design which became more apparent during the installation and the end results. Pete, Jane, and Ethel all your suggestions were right on.
Jane and Ethel, thank you for putting up with my numerous questions. Your responses to my queries were always immediate and helpful.
Weiler’s crew, Rickie, Shawn, Little John, Big John, and JT, you all did a fabulous job! I am still amazed what you were able to accomplish in less than two weeks, from the time of demo to installation. I was told I would have a new kitchen in two weeks and I did. You all also made sure that you left the site cleaned every night. One of our friends is a craftsman (in the trade) – his jaw dropped “stunned” by the quality of the work and attention to detail – he knows what to look for.
I would not hesitate to recommend Weiler’s Kitchen Design Center to anyone.
