This laundry room makes the most of an interesting layout. The cabinetry is Waypoint MDF in the style 650F, painted linen finish, there's plenty of storage space next to the washer/dryer, across from it, and that massive panel is Waypoint we used to hide the back of our client's fireplace. The countertop is Primo Quartz. The flooring is Durato Durawood LVP, and there's an electric heating system underneath that runs throughout the laundry room and attached powder room. There's recessed lighting above cabinets and counter area. A special feature our client requested is pull-out racks next to their washer, we bordered those with Waypoint as well.
