Kitchen & Bath Installation

Remodeling Process

Why our process works:

At Weiler’s, we follow a step-by-step installation process designed to deliver maximum efficiency and ensure complete customer satisfaction. With over 50 years of remodeling experience, we’ve refined our approach to designing and building kitchens and bathrooms so projects move smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet the highest standards of quality. This structured process allows us to anticipate challenges, maintain clear communication, and deliver results that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our process from the first consult through project start:

Change Order:

Change orders are a normal part of the remodeling process and occur when adjustments are made after the original scope of work has been approved. These changes can result from design updates, product selections, unforeseen conditions discovered during construction, or new ideas that arise as the project takes shape. At Weiler’s, we handle change orders in a clear and organized manner, documenting any modifications to the scope, timeline, or cost so you are fully informed before moving forward.

Change Order Process:

  1. Change order need determined
  2. Project manager, design and client discuss scope
  3. Change order with cost sent (sometimes can be time and material depending on unknowns)
  4. Client approves change order
  5. Change order is paid for
  6. Once the deposit on the order is paid the change order is completed

JobTread: Our Client Relation Management Tool

JobTread is the project management platform we use at Weiler’s to keep every project organized, transparent, and running smoothly. Before your showroom consultation, we create a client profile to begin tracking your project details. Once you move forward and submit your $2,000 deposit, your project is converted into an active “Job” within JobTread. At that point, you’ll receive access to your personal project portal, where you can view important documents, selections, schedules, and updates all in one place. All communication is centralized within the platform and shared across our entire team, ensuring everyone stays aligned and up to date at every stage of your project. Please note that JobTread is primarily used for full-service remodeling projects: material-only purchases or DIY projects typically do not require access to the system.
