Our process from the first consult through project start:
List of Services
-
Showroom ConsultItem Link List Item 1
Our first step is always a complimentary consultation with a designer in our showroom to understand your vision, style, needs, and budget while exploring product options and design ideas together.
-
Measure (& Design)Item Link List Item 2
A designer visits your home to take precise measurements and uses them to create a customized design tailored to your space and preferences. The designer will provide multiple layout options and mock up an exact budget estimate for your project. This step requires a $500 deposit which goes towards the total cost of your project.
-
ProposalItem Link List Item 3
This is another meeting with your designer in our showroom during which the designer will present a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and investment so you know exactly what to expect. You will get to see realistic renderings of what your completed project will look as well to ensure you like the layout and design.
-
RemeasureItem Link List Item 4
Before moving forward, our owner comes out to your home with your designer to conduct a final, detailed remeasure to ensure absolute accuracy and prevent any issues during installation. They may also check inside walls or soffits that will be removed to plan how demolition will be dealt with.

Change Order:
Change orders are a normal part of the remodeling process and occur when adjustments are made after the original scope of work has been approved. These changes can result from design updates, product selections, unforeseen conditions discovered during construction, or new ideas that arise as the project takes shape. At Weiler’s, we handle change orders in a clear and organized manner, documenting any modifications to the scope, timeline, or cost so you are fully informed before moving forward.
Change Order Process:
- Change order need determined
- Project manager, design and client discuss scope
- Change order with cost sent (sometimes can be time and material depending on unknowns)
- Client approves change order
- Change order is paid for
- Once the deposit on the order is paid the change order is completed
JobTread: Our Client Relation Management Tool

JobTread is the project management platform we use at Weiler’s to keep every project organized, transparent, and running smoothly. Before your showroom consultation, we create a client profile to begin tracking your project details. Once you move forward and submit your $2,000 deposit, your project is converted into an active “Job” within JobTread. At that point, you’ll receive access to your personal project portal, where you can view important documents, selections, schedules, and updates all in one place. All communication is centralized within the platform and shared across our entire team, ensuring everyone stays aligned and up to date at every stage of your project. Please note that JobTread is primarily used for full-service remodeling projects: material-only purchases or DIY projects typically do not require access to the system.
